LIMITED WARRANTY

COVERAGE
Bellano's warrants to the owner of this premium Bellano's microfiber sheet set that if the fabric becomes damaged within a period of five years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, Bellano's will replace or reimburse the purchase price of the sheets, provided the care instructions have been followed. The warranty is not transferable.

REQUIREMENTS:

• All laundering instructions on the care label are followed;
• Sheets must not be ripped, torn, burned, melted or abused in any other manner;
• Claims process must be completed directly through Bellano's. Do not return sheets to retailer;
• Original purchase receipt for the sheets must be submitted to qualify for the warranty;
• Warranty registration must be received within 90 days of purchase;
• Claim must be initiated within 7 days of damage;
• Defective sheets must be returned to Bellano's for inspection.

EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Normal soiling from every day use;
• Sheets that have been mishandled or abused;
• This warranty is not available where the sheets are used for commercial, institutional or rental purposes;
• Stains caused by inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes or solvents;
• Stains or damage caused by or related to fire, natural disaster, flood, theft, vandalism, or any other loss that is covered under an insurance policy;
• Damage caused by liquid;
• Damage caused by pets;
• Damage caused by extraordinary use.

This warranty is the sole warranty given by Bellano's and replaces all other warranties expressed or implied. Bellano's shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage of whatever kind and shall only be required to service manufacturer's defects associated with the sheets. In any event, the coverage of this warranty shall be limited to the actual replacement cost of the warranted product. This warranty is made exclusively by Bellano's and is not made by or on behalf of its distributors or any other party.

All determinations of coverage under this warranty and extended coverage are solely at the discretion of the manufacturer and such determination shall be final.

Bellano's reserves the right to revise the warranty it offers in connection with the sale of products form time to time. Accordingly, the warranties set forth in this certificate apply only to the Product accompanied by this warranty certificate. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PROPER CARE INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
